  • 40ml Filthy Gorgeous Chocolate Orange
  • 25ml Banana Liquor
  • 15ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 25ml Whipping Cream
  • 25ml Milk

This cocktail can be shaken into a chilled Martini glass or stirred over ice into a wine glass.

Rose & Almond Mai Tai

Traditionally the darling of beach bars and tiki menus for decades, the Mai Tai is celebrating its 80th birthday in July 2024. The simple rum ‘n’ citrus tipple was first slung at Trader Vic’s in Oakland, California, as a means to highlight its star ingredient: Jamaican rum.

A good Mai Tai lets you taste your rum (or rums) of choice, without overpowering them. A mix of sweet and sour ingredients form a perfect balance to highlight a quality rum!

Although the Mai Tai originated nearly 5,000+ miles from us, we see a place for it in cocktail canon; tropical is tropical, no matter what ocean you’re on. For us that means slipping our Raspberry Rose Caribbean rum over ice — along with hints of Almond, bite of fresh lime and sweetness of apple juice which always plays well with rum — for a Mai Tai good enough to celebrate the next 80 years!

  • 35ml Filthy Gorgeous Raspberry Rose
  • 25ml Almond Syrup
  • 15ml Amaretto
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Apple Juice

Shake and serve over ice in a long glass.

Orange Crush

You’ve most likely read the phrase: ‘it’s summer in a glass’. It’s a delightful way to paint a mental picture of the most refreshing cocktail you’ve ever tasted.

Well, my friends, we’re here to tell you that all of those cocktails pale in sunshine comparison to the one, the only - Crushed Gonzo!

This breezy orange cocktail is so simple to make and is an absolute staple for your next beach party or BBQ.

  • 25ml Filthy Gorgeous Chocolate Orange
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • Top up with Fanta

Stir into a long glass over ice, garnish with slices of fresh orange and enjoy!

Raspberry Tipple

A deliciously boozy adaption of the classic ice cream! Reminiscent of the Screwball ice creams you ate as a kid, this is the ultimate retro-style sweet concoction. Very moreish!

  • 25ml Filthy Gorgeous Raspberry Rose
  • 25ml Vanilla Liquor
  • 25ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 50ml Apple Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard for about 15 seconds and strain into a chilled Daiquiri glass.

Chocolate Orange Old Fashioned

We absolutely LOVE this cocktail and it was a hit when it appeared on the cocktail menu at The Bird and Hat rum bar in Northwich, Cheshire.

The Old Fashioned is the oldest documented cocktail around and has made a massive resurgence in the last decade. We switch out bourbon for Filthy Gorgeous chocolate orange dark rum, sugar syrup and orange bitters to deliver a smooth, warm flavour explosion to the last drop.

This is our take on one of the greatest (and oldest) cocktails around.

  • 50ml Filthy Gorgeous Chocolate Orange
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Orange Bitters

Serve over ice in a short glass.

If you’re feeling feisty, go for a flaming orange twist. To do it, take a coin-sized slice of orange peel (with quite a bit of the white pith intact so it is easier to squeeze), squeeze it between your fingers and light a match or lighter next to it. The oils will ignite and flame out. If you do this over the glass, a nice toasted orange aroma will fall down over the drink. Rubbing the flamed peel around the rim of the glass will add a touch of flavour to each sip.

Filthy Fizz

Another summer classic! Welcome the warmer weather with this divine cocktail. This recipe is one of the first long drinks we came up with to complement our raspberry rose white rum, and was first a hit at The Brewery Tap in Chester, Cheshire. Our fresh raspberry and fragrant rose is lengthened with light, bubbly Prosecco and a touch of sweetness from lemonade.

  • 25ml Filthy Gorgeous Raspberry Rose
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • 50ml Lemonade

Pour ingredients into a large glass full of ice. Stir and add fresh berries to garnish.

Not Terry's

Revive everybody’s favourite pairings with this simple, yet elegant cocktail that marries the warm, opulent flavours of chocolate and orange in a smooth and creamy cocktail.

‘Not Terry’s’ was a favourite in bars around Cheshire during the festive season, originally making its debut at The Brewery Tap in Chester, it’s popularity spread from there!

  • 25ml Filthy Gorgeous Chocolate Orange
  • 50ml Bailey’s
  • 50ml Milk

Pour ingredients into a balloon glass over ice and stir. Add a slice of fresh orange to garnish.

Filthy Pornstar

We’ll forget about the second half of this drink’s name: It doesn’t remotely resemble a classic Martini. As for the first part, it's said that its creator, bartender Douglas Ankrah, thought it was what a porn star would order. In any case, it’s a fruity crowd-pleaser accompanied by a shot of sparkling wine, which has spread far from its origins in London in the early 2000s to be adopted by bars the world over.

Hats off to Mr. Ankrah; we love it, so we’ve  adapted it.

It’s a Pornstar - but Filthier!

  • 25ml Filthy Gorgeous Raspberry Rose
  • 25ml Pasoa
  • 25ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 50ml Pineapple Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a Daiquiri glass and garnish with 1/2 Passionfruit (if required) and serve with a Prosecco or Champagne sidecar.

Passionfruit Rosito

A great example of a perfect cocktail is the Mojito. It is a type of cocktail made from the excellent mixture of rum, fresh lime juice and mint leaves; beautifully refreshing!

It’s popularity began with Ernest Hemingway during his time in Cuba. The cocktail increased in popularity thanks to honourable Hollywood mentions from James Bond, Johnny Depp and Colin Farrell.

Our take on the classic mojito maintains a combination of sweetness and citrus, but balances sweet passion fruit, herbaceous mint and delicate floral flavour to complement the rum.

  • 50ml Filthy Gorgeous Raspberry Rose
  • 15ml Rose Liquor
  • 15ml Passionfruit Syrup
  • 10ml Passionfruit Liquor
  • 25ml Lime Juice

Muddle ingredients with fresh lime, mint and ice, lengthen with soda.

Chocolate Orange Negroni

Chocolate Negroni is a thing and it’s here to stay! This unique variation on the Negroni is slightly sweet, smooth and perfectly chocolatey. With this cocktail you can have your dessert and drink it too!

One reason the negroni is such a classic cocktail is because it’s an easy-to-make recipe. You need one part of each ingredient. That’s it!

  • 25ml Filthy Gorgeous Chocolate Orange
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 25ml Campari

Combine our chocolate Orange Rum, Campari and sweet vermouth in a glass with ice, stir until well-chilled, add orange peel (optional) and enjoy!

Bloomin' Gorgeous

Bursting with summer flavour and sweet apple, this outstanding creation is the perfect way to bring bright, floral flavours into your cocktail repertoire!

Bloomin’ Gorgeous has the essence of a summer garden! This floral cocktail has not one but 3 different flowers, perfectly balanced and lending their aromas – violet, elderflower and rose. Raise a glass to the Bloomin’ Gorgeous and welcome in the warmer months!

  • 25ml Filthy Gorgeous Raspberry Rose
  • 25ml Violet Liquor
  • 25ml Elderflower
  • 50ml Apple Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a short glass and garnish with lavender.
